![]() ![]() ![]() Now for why I’m not going to do a GX or 5Ds review is that, those two series weren’t that interesting to me. It was like “Whoop, nothing happened!” Yami still questioned himself but that was already happening! I swear that was the Sailor Moon Season R of the series! Just a lot of drama and when part of the drama was part of Yami as a character, they could have done it less agonizingly long and not throw any other character drama…Įspecially since later on, the character drama never was mentioned again. Though if I had to nitpick on Duel Monsters, it would be the entire Dragons/Doom Arc. ![]() That’s about what sums the Duel Monsters and the first series up. It’s journey about growing up and fighting your inner demons and finally becoming strong enough to go on through life. It was just a simple but perfect story plot that I couldn’t say much about. I just could only say that I liked going through the journey that Yugi and his friends went through and the major highlight of the show was the characters themselves. It’s a fairly unique story when it finally got to major thing that Yugioh was about but for the most part, it’s not much to say or talk about for a long period of time. I would do it episode by episode but of course I don’t have time or effort to do every single episode. In most episodes, it’s them dueling and the story that actually comes in doesn’t come into play until early to mid second season, so it’s hard to really put much of an opinion to the story as a whole. I’m probably one of the very few people that have reviewed a Yugioh series as a whole and not just episode by episode. Its for the most part there’s not much I can say about the story of Yugioh Duel Monsters. I’ll try not to be too spoily but there will be a couple at least so…if you haven’t watch any series and want to go spoiler free, don’t read.įor one thing, I know last review, I didn’t say much on the story and mainly talked about the characters. Please note this review is long and will contain some spoilers. Now before I get started, I’d like to at least say a couple things regarding my previous review and why I’m not doing Yugioh GX and Yugioh 5Ds. The fourth installment to the Yugioh franchise, Yugioh Zexal. So after I reviewed Yugioh Duel Monsters and Season 0, I decided to touch upon another Yugioh series I know all too well. ![]()
